Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andreas Horhäuser, Holthausstr. 7, 58332 Schwelm, email: andreas@horhaeuser.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notified us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

Special notes for digital license keys

This contract concerns the supply of digital content (serial code to unlock the full software version) that is not supplied on a physical medium.

If you requested that we begin performance of the contract (provision of the serial code) before the withdrawal period expires, your right of withdrawal may lapse once we have fully performed the contract and began performance only after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance.

If the serial code has already been activated and used, compensation for the value of services already provided may additionally be required.
