Changelog / Release Notes
Version 3.3.0- Finished file check: After saving, the program measures the new file. If loudness is still off, it corrects once – at most two runs, the same for all formats.
- Simpler workflow: The old “1-pass / 2-pass” switch is gone. One clear path for every file.
- Resume large folders: After cancel or a crash, processing can continue where it left off.
- Lighter reading: Large files use less memory while measuring and processing.
Version 3.2.1
- Progress with percentage: During processing you see phases and percentages plus overall progress – it no longer looks frozen.
- Faster MP3 reading: MP3 files are read noticeably faster.
- Optional report: Save a report only if you want one (off by default).
Version 3.2.0
- Custom presets: Save and delete your own settings alongside the built-in profiles.
- Undo / rollback: Undo the last in-place run (restore originals from the „_original“ folder).
- Projects: Save your setup as a .lufsproj file and reload it later.
Version 3.1.0
- Analysis preview: Measure before processing (LUFS, peaks, loudness range, gain) and filter too quiet / too loud / already on target – then normalize selected tracks.
- Target file behaviour: Skip, overwrite, save with a suffix, or create only missing files.
- Freely adjustable peak protection: Enter a custom True Peak value in addition to the standard options.
- Drag & drop and raise-only: Drop folders and audio files into the window; optionally leave already loud tracks unchanged.
- Maximum speed: More parallel tracks while the UI stays responsive; the file format is always preserved.
Version 3.0.2
- More consistent loudness: Raise to target LUFS first, then limit peaks – tracks with sharp spikes no longer stay unnecessarily quiet.
- Measurement: Precise loudness measurement at full quality; peaks checked carefully.
- Verification: Output is re-measured after writing – including the faster mode.
Version 3.0.1
- 4K / HiDPI: Sharper display and better window sizing on high-resolution monitors.
- Installer: Clear publisher and version metadata for a more reliable Windows install experience.
- Stability: Improvements when starting the app after installation.
Version 3.0.0
- Major step beyond 2.x: Built-in audio engine for WAV, FLAC, and MP3 – no external FFmpeg required.
- Faster processing: Noticeably quicker runs for whole folders, especially in the faster mode.
- Revised interface: Clearer layout, quick-start help, and a calmer workflow for large folders.
- Report and progress: Before/after report and clearer remaining-time estimate while processing.
- Quality preserved: Same file format – only loudness is adjusted; track info is kept where possible.
